Ingredients :
- Fresh Coconut - 1/2 no
- Amsul(dried Kokum) - 8-10 nos(depending on how sour you want it.)
- Garlic Cloves - 10-12 peeled flakes
- Salt to taste
- Jeera Powder (Cumin Seeds Powder) - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Coriander to granish
- Cut the coconut flesh(the white edible part ) into small pieces
- Put the amsul, coconut pieces, salt, jeera powder, salt, garlic flakes and water into a grinder
- Grind to a fine paste
- Garnish with coriander and serve chilled
